Frequently asked questions
Common questions about the product, tiers, and your account.
What is Subnalysis?Read more
Subnalysis is institutional-grade macro market analysis — narrative commentary on why markets are behaving as they are, based on publicly available data. It describes market conditions and context; it does not display charts, price levels, or trade instructions of any kind.
Is Subnalysis a trading platform or investment adviser?Read more
No. Subnalysis is not a trading platform, a broker, an exchange, or an investment adviser, and nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. See the Risk Disclosure for full detail.
What's the difference between the Free, Core, and Expert tiers?Read more
Every plan gets the same daily analysis for the session it follows, published at the same time. Free covers a fixed set of 3 assets with no personalisation. Core lets you choose your own assets, up to 6. Expert extends that to 12. Core also adds live price updates and the option to follow the London session instead of New York. Expert also pins breaking headlines to your dashboard. Signed-in accounts can see the full feature-by-feature comparison on the Plans page.
Which assets does Subnalysis cover?Read more
Today's engine run covers 28 assets across FX, indices, commodities and rates: Euro Stoxx 50, Hang Seng, Ethereum, FTSE 100, Bitcoin, Canadian Dollar, Dow Jones, Japanese Yen, British Pound, Nasdaq 100, Euro, Gold, S&P 500, US Dollar, USD/MXN, USD/CNH, Natural Gas, AUD/JPY, EUR/GBP, Brent, EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, New Zealand Dollar, Swiss Franc, DAX, Nikkei, WTI, Australian Dollar. Free tracks a fixed 3 of these; Core and Expert can pick their own set, up to their plan's limit, in Account → Assets.
When does the daily analysis update?Read more
The analysis is generated once per trading day for the session you follow, ahead of that session's own market open, and becomes available in-app for every account entitled to it at the same time — there's no staggered or delayed release by tier, and no plan gets it earlier. The New York analysis publishes around 08:50 ET. Core and Expert can instead follow the London session, which publishes around 07:20 UK time, ahead of the London open. That's a choice between the two sessions rather than a second brief on top of New York — you're served the one you've picked. You pick it in Account → Sessions, and a change applies from the next day: for the rest of the day you change it, you keep reading the session you were already on.
When does the week-ahead outlook publish?Read more
Once a week, Sunday evening UK time — and it stays fixed for the whole week rather than being recomputed from each day's brief, so the read you get Monday morning is the same one you'll see Friday.
How do I change my tracked assets?Read more
Go to Account → Assets. Core and Expert accounts choose which assets to track, up to their plan's limit; Free accounts track a fixed set that can't be changed.
How do I delete my account?Read more
Account → Danger zone → Delete account. Deletion is scheduled 14 days out, not immediate, so anything not yet cleared (including any pending payment) has time to settle. You can cancel the scheduled deletion at any time before it runs.
